The program consists of audio files about the science behind the diet and a 53-page eBook laying out the whole system. The diet section involves you rotating between high GI, low GI and low carbohydrate days. His exercise section gets you working on three sessions each week.
Marion’s approach consists of two parts: diet and exercise. For the dietary portion, he has readers rotate between high GI days, low GI days, and low carb days. And for the exercise portion, he has readers perform 3 different exercise sessions per week. This gets your metabolism working at the correct speed.
There are some negative comments about the program: having to buy protein shakes (which can be expensive), for example. However, to balance this, there are many people who have benefited by concentrating on controlling portions rather than counting calories. The ‘cheat’ days will keep you feeling happier and so you are more likely to continue with the diet – and lose weight as a result!
