‘Brink’s Bodybuilding Revealed‘ is an extremely well-written book and, at 632 pages, it is very comprehensive and chock full of useful information suitable for all levels of bodybuilder.

1. Nutrition: all about carbohydrates, fats and proteins and the glcemic index. There’s even information about vegetarianism, the top ten bodybuilding foods and the ‘Brink Pyramid.’
2. Constructing Your Muscle-Building Diet: this section gets to the hub of this diet and eating plan and covers thermic effects of meals, metabolic rates and physical energy. There’s also a handy ‘meal planner’ to get you eating correctly.
3. Getting Organized: covers the ‘diet planner’ and ‘food database’ as well as tips on how to dine out and organize your kitchen for best effect.
4. Completing the Picture: all you need to know about tracking your progress and measuring your body’s composition using the ‘Accumeasure.’
5. Supplements: at least 440 supplements are fully reviewed in the member’s forum.
6. Training: talks about the 3 and 4 days splits used by the majority of bodybuilders. There are some great articles by Charles Poliquin to be found in the forum as well.
