<p>Marion&#8217;s approach consists of two parts: <strong>diet and exercise</strong>. For the dietary portion, he has readers rotate between high GI days, low GI days, and low carb days. And for the exercise portion, he has readers perform 3 different exercise sessions per week. This gets your metabolism working at the correct speed.</p>
<p>There are<strong> some negative comments</strong> about the program: having to buy protein shakes (which can be expensive), for example. However, to balance this, there are many people who have benefited by concentrating on controlling portions rather than counting calories.
